300 g of ground beef, 150 g of ground pork, 2 onions, 1 egg, 1 celery heart, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, oregano, unrefined olive oil, salt, pepper
Chop the celery heart into small pieces and simmer it for a few minutes until it gets a yellowish color, add a bit of salt to it and leave it till it cools down.
Meanwhile, chop the onions finely and put it in a bowl. Add meat, oregano, cumin seeds, the egg, a handful of salt and a pinch of pepper.
Make sure you mix it all up so that the mixture has a nice and even texture. Then take a bit of mixture, shape it into a patty and add a teaspoon of celery.
Close the patty and flat it. Repeat the process until you run out of ingredients. Grill the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side.

- Shape the mixture into patties and add a teaspoon of celery into it
