350 g of pasta, 150 g of peas, 120 g of Emmentaler cheese, 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch of parsley, unrefined olive oil, salt, pepper
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water and add peas in it when the pasta is half cooked. Strain the pasta when it’s fully cooked.
Meanwhile, wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and soak them in boiling water for a few seconds. Once cooled, peel them and remove the seeds.
Stir the tomatoes with a hand blender for a few minutes and add a bit of salt and pepper in it.
Wash the parsley and chop it in small pieces. Cut the Emmentaler cheese into cubes.
Put the pasta with peas in a bowl and add cheese, parsley and tomatoes. Mix it thoroughly and serve it.
- Add peas to the half cooked pasta.
- Blanch the tomatoes, peel them and remove their seeds.
- Mix the tomatoes with a bit of oil, salt and pepper.
- Season the pasta with Emmenthaler cheese, parsley and mixed tomatoes.
