8 pieces of squid, 600 g of spinach, 1/2 tablespoon of tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of red wine, 1 clove of garlic, 1 red chili pepper, 1 leek, a few slices of toasted bread, unrefined olive oil, salt, pepper
Slice the leeks in tiny pieces, wash it and dry it well. Put it in a pan and fry it in oil together with garlic and hot peppers until it gets a goldish color.
Meanwhile, cut the washed squid into strips and add them to the fried leeks. Fry it on a high heat until its color changes, then add the red wine and let the liquid evaporate. Sprinkle it with salt, add the tomato sauce that you mixed with a cup of hot water and cook it for 15 minutes.
Wash the spinach, squeeze it well and simmer it with the squid until everything gets tender. Pour a little oil on it in the end and serve it with some slices of toasted bread.


- Slice the leeks in tiny pieces and wash them well.
- Cut the cleaned squid into strips.
- Put the chopped squid in fried leeks.
- Wash the spinach, squeeze it well and cutt of the root of it.
