8 medium sized tomatoes, 200 g of tuna, 50 g of pitted green olives, 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste, 200 g of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of salted capers, basil, salt
Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut the upper part of the stem, remove the seeds and the fleshy part of it, salt them on the inside, and flip them on a plate.
Rinse the capers, soak them in water, squeeze and dry them after 10 minutes. Chop the olives into small pieces and mince the tuna.
Place the tuna in one bowl, then add the capers, olives, mayonnaise and the anchovy paste. Mix it all up nicely and fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Put two tomatoes on a special plate, decorate it with basil and serve it that way.
